Who loves a cheeky grilled cheese sandwich?! We’re delighted that the guys from Rack MCR will be a part of CBTC this summer .
They will be serving a mixture of sandwiches, grilled cheeses, salads and a cheeky Irish special which we will announce in the coming weeks .
MAN BBQ
We’re super excited to have the guys from Man BBQ as part of Craic by the Creek this summer.
These guys use the best local ingredients and a hand crafted swinging silverback BBQ to create delicious dishes including artisan burgers and hotdogs.

pORTATILI PIZZERIA
Because who doesn’t love Pizza! Ben and his team will be catering for your every pizza need and will also be offering a vegan and gluten free option.
They cook up an absolute storm using their wood fire pizza over and the finest local ingredients.
The Horse Trailer
We’re delighted to have The Horse Trailer as part of our festival this summer! They will be serving up delicious coffee, hot chocolates, milkshakes, cakes and pastries.
Not only are their products delicious, they support communities around the globe to improve working conditions for farmers and their families
The Horse Trailer even uses fully compostable disposables in an effort to reduce waste – we love it!
