We are delighted to be teaming up with The Canvas Co for Craic by the Creek ’24 once again to offer you a complete and improved glamping festival experience. We’ve been working behind the scenes to make your experience even more enjoyable for the fourth instalment of CBTC and to provide you with a few new options.
Don't worry, the glamping tents which you know and love are still available but fee free to have a look at the new options.
wHAT ARE THE ADDED PREKS?
When you glamp at Craic by the Creek in 2024, you will have access to the following extra perks:
- Our meet and great reception team will help you with your bags to your tent.
- Phone charging which is available in our glamping reception.
- The pamper tent with mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners.

Dedicated toilets for glampers.
Glamping bookings are non refundable. If you have an issue coming to the festival, please get in touch and our team will advise accordingly.
Classic Glamping
Our spacious sandstone bell tents and touareg tents are beautifully dressed with all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay at the festival. There is something undeniably magical about sleeping under canvas, and we provide you with all the tools you need for a good nights sleep.
The Standard Bell Tent is available to book for 4 or 6 guests per tent.
The Standard Touareg tent is available to book for 8 guests per tent.
Our Classic Bell & Touareg tents Tents come fitted with carpet flooring, rugs, door matts , comfortable floor airbeds, small tables, battery powered lanterns, scatter cushions and fairy lights.
Please bring your own sleeping bag / duvet and pillow. As was the case last year, you will need to get your general admission tickets alongside your glamping booking.
Luxury Glamping
Just like last year, We will be offering the luxury glamping options which you know and love .
The Luxury Bell Tent is available to book for 4 single beds per tent. The Luxury Touareg tent is available to book for 6 single beds per tent.
Luxury Bell Tents come with metal frame beds, memory foam mattresses, 200 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels, bed side tables, battery powered bed side lanterns, fairy lights and the all important mirror to get yourself ready for the evenings action and antics. As was the case last year, you will need to get your general admission tickets alongside your glamping booking.

Bedouin Tents
Brand new for 2024, we will be offering Luxury Bedouin tents which are filled with everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep. The tents are completely blackout meaning you can still sleep soundly when you fall into bed at 6am!
Decorated with hand printed lining, metal frame beds with memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton bed linen and sumptuous duvets, we won’t blame you for drifting off into world of dreams.
They will come in 3 options:

Quiet Glamping
We know that some of you are party animals, we also know that some of you are not! This year we will be allocating a dedicated space for quiet glamping. In the quiet glamping zone, you must do your best to keep quiet once the live music has finished. Please note that this is a request to be in the quiet zone and not a guarantee. You must have purchased your glamping tickets before making a request. The quiet galling zone will be limited to 10 spaces only.

Frequently asked Glamping questions
What do I do when I arrive?
When you arrive at Whitebottom Farm, please make your way through security and into the festival site. Once on the site, please follow the signs for the glamping area. You will be greeted by a member of the glamping team who will guide you from there. Please have your glamping booking confirmation email at the ready.
Can I drive up to my tipi with my luggage?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at Whitebottom Farm on safety grounds. We suggest that you park In our recommended car park and hop on the shuttle bus with your belongings.
What time can i access the festival site?
The festival site will be accessible from midday on Friday morning. Whilst the entertainment won't begin until later in the evening, glampers can access their tipis and begin the party from 12pm.
What time does the entertainment start and end?
Entertainment will begin from 6pm on Friday evening and will end on Sunday at 9pm. The full music timetable by day will be released closer to the festival weekend.
When do I have to leave my glamping tipi?
Sadly, all good things must come to an end. We kindly ask that all festival goers leave the festival site on Monday. Don't forget that if you are a glamour, you are more than welcome to stay on the Sunday night and keep the party going till the early hours. There will be plenty of food and drink to keep you going! You must leave your glamping tipi by midday on the Monday.
