Pitch Up Thursday

If you've opted for glamping, standard camping or are arriving in a motorhome and plan to bring everything but the kitchen sink to Craic by the Creek, we understand it might be a challenge to transport all your gear to the festival site. Please note that, for security reasons, no vehicles are permitted on the lane leading to the site or on Whitebottom Farm itself during the festival weekend.

To make things easier, we're offering a special ‘Pitch Up Thursday’ option, where campers and motorhome guests can drive onto the festival grounds between 3pm and 8pm on Thursday to set up their tents and drop off their camping equipment. Please note that any items left overnight are left at your own risk. If you'd like to take advantage of this early setup opportunity, simply fill out the form below.

Important:

- All cars must be removed from the site by 8pm on Thursday.

- If you arrive after 5pm, you will need to wait on site until 7pm as the late will be one way traffic (incoming only). Due to how busy we expect this period to be, we must ensure the safety and disruption to locals is controlled.

- If you're towing a caravan, you must also remove the towing vehicle — it cannot remain next to your caravan over the weekend due to site regulations. Please move it to the main festival offsite car park.

And finally, good news — the bar will be open on Thursday evening, and you’re very welcome to stay over. Just remember that our food vendors won’t be operating that night, so be sure to bring your own snacks.
