Festival Information

If you’ve opted for glamping, standard camping, or are arriving in a motorhome or caravan and planning to bring everything but the kitchen sink to Craic by the Creek, we know transporting all your gear to the festival site can be a challenge.

To make things easier, we’re continuing our popular ‘Pitch Up Thursday’ option, allowing campers and motorhome guests to drive onto the festival grounds on Thursday 16th July to set up in advance.

For 2026, arrivals will be split into two dedicated time slots. The rules for each slot are different, so please read the information below carefully.

We’re aiming to build on the success of previous years by tweaking our Pitch Up Thursday process for 2026, helping to create a much smoother and more enjoyable arrival experience for festival-goers.

Slot 1: 1pm – 3pm

Set Up & Leave Only

This slot is strictly for guests who wish to arrive, set up their tent (general or glamping), caravan, or motorhome, and then leave the site afterwards. You are NOT permitted to stay overnight if you select this option. You must have a camping ticket or glamping booking and all guests must leave the site by 3PM.

How it works:

– Please arrive between 1PM and 2PM
– Set up your tent, caravan, or motorhome
– All vehicles and guests must leave the site by 3PM
– Security will begin clearing the site promptly at 3PM
– All guests must register using the form below

Please note that any items left overnight are left entirely at your own risk.

Slot 2: 5pm – 8pm

Stay Overnight or Set Up & Leave

Again, this slot is open to all those with a camping ticket or glamping bookings, whether you plan to stay on site overnight or return the following day after setting up. Guests selecting this option are welcome to stay overnight on site if they wish.

How it works:

– Please arrive between 5PM and 6.30PM
– Valid festival tickets are required for entry
– Arrivals from 5PM must remain on site until 7PM due to one-way incoming traffic restrictions
– All cars must be removed from site by 8PM on Thursday
– Towing vehicles must be moved to the main off-site car park and cannot remain beside caravans over the weekend
– All guests must register using the form below

Please note that any items left overnight are left entirely at your own risk.

Pitch Up Thursday is primarily a set-up day. While the bar will be open on Thursday evening and you’re very welcome to stay and enjoy the atmosphere, there will be no scheduled entertainment, and food vendors will not be operating — so please bring your own snacks and supplies.
