Getting to whitebottom Farm
Craic by the Creek will take place at the eco-friendly Whitebottom farm in the stunning countryside of Compstall. Home to a number of music festivals and events, the farm is a hidden gem which spends a large proportion of the year as a fully working farm before being transformed into a festival site over the summer months.
If you are coming by car use SK6 5HZ, this will take you to the Post office in Compstall and the site is signposted from there.
There are three available carparks.
The best one for festival goers is 5 minutes from the entrance of Etherow Country Park and it costs £15 for the weekend.
For ticket holders there is a carpark right at the entrance of Etherow Country Park. If you do end up leaving your car there you will need to renew your ticket at 9am though!
Shuttle buses to the site are available from both of these car parks for a small fee, or if you are feeling fit, the 15 minute walk to the site is beautiful.
There is also a free car park facing Marple Train Station further up the Road, Sat Nav SK6 7DA.
If you are coming by Public Transport the nearest train stations are Marple and Romiley. Stockport train station is also nearby with buses every 15 minutes.
